Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the development and implementation of our drone solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception through deployment, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  
• Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
  Maintain effective communication channels with clients, team members, and senior management.
  Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  
• Resource Management:Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project goals are achieved.
  Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of necessary hardware and software.
  Oversee the performance of project team members and provide coaching and development as needed.
  
• Quality Assurance:Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
  Implement best practices for project management and drone deployment.
  Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  
• Technical Oversight:Stay current with advancements in drone technology and industry trends.
  Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
  Ensure the integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of drone technology or related industry project management experience.
• Strong understanding of drone systems, software, and applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Able to fly drones
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for drone operations.
• Familiarity with data analytics and GIS applications related to drone technology.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing vendor relationships.
