PROJECT MANAGER

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects within budget, scope, and schedule. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to deliver projects according to plan.
• Conduct risk management assessments and implement strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during projects promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical or mechanical engineering industry, ideally with experience in switchboards, distribution boards, UPS systems, or control panels.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP certification or equivalent would be an advantage.
