Project Manager (Electrical, Data Center)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors to complete tasks within specified timeframes.
• Resolve on-site issues with supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, main contractors, and relevant third parties.
• Coordinate site activities, workflows, and inspections with site representatives from main contractors, including attending coordination meetings.
• Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities with a team of supervisors according to the master schedule.
• Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and material usage, ensuring they meet the targeted schedule, productivity levels, quality standards, and quantities.
• Enforce and monitor compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations by all supervisors, workers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare project-related shop drawings, "AS-Built" drawings, and Materials Bill of Quantities.
• Track, monitor, and ensure timely submission of all shop drawings, materials, and "AS-Built" drawings.
• Collaborate with main contractors and third parties on Combined Services Drawings (CSD) to identify and resolve any conflicts before construction.
• Attend all Tools Box meetings and Safety meetings.
• Implement the Testing & Commissioning plan.

Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma/Degree/ITC certificate in Electrical Engineering.
• Possess 3-5 years of project management experience in M&E Engineering within the local construction industry, specifically in Data Centre projects.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions.
• Completed the Building Construction Safety Supervisor course and possesses any other WSH-related certificates.
• Candidates with some MEP design experience will have an added advantage.
