QA Manager / Quality Assurance Manager [Aviation/Marine]

Job Scope:

• Establish, maintain, and improve the company's quality management system, including obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring compliance.
• Lead quality initiatives and promote a culture of quality across the organization.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
• Investigate incidents and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Provide training on quality processes and principles.
• Manage licensing and budget for quality-related activities.
• Implement and document quality procedures for assigned sites/geographies.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or equivalent, with 5 years of managerial experience in marine, aviation, or related industries.
• Certified ISO9001:2015 internal/lead auditor.
• Completion of CAAS M10/L11/L12 Examination.
• Ability to interpret CMM, especially IPL and special equipment/tooling listings preferred.
• Experience in liaising with OEMs for capability expansion preferred.
• Certification or experience in Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or familiarity with common quality tools.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Experience in administering, maintaining, and developing Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in implementing Continuous Improvement, Lean, or similar methodologies in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.
