QC/QA Manager

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the customer's needs and requirements and the quality standards of the production teams.
• Developing ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
• Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
• Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining documentation related to various quality systems and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulation.
• Liaise with certification body on all matters relating to audits.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Technical/Engineering, Degree, Diploma or related qualifications
• Have a minimum of five years’ experience in heavy metal fabrication - Aluminium and Stainless Steel or related industry.
• Demonstrate strong leadership organizing and communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Required skill (s) : MS Excel, MS Office
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures
