Sales Engineer (Up to 5K/ East)

Job description

User Support and Inquiry Handling:

• · Respond promptly to user inquiries.
• · Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting to users, guiding them through issue resolution.

Process Analysis and Enhancement:

• · Collaborate with departments to grasp their workflow needs.
• · Analyze existing processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• · Develop and document enhanced processes using Monday.com tools.

Board Development and Maintenance:

• · Create and maintain Monday.com boards supporting various business functions.
• · Customize boards, implement automation, and integrate third-party apps for enhanced functionality.
• · Ensure uniformity and efficiency across all boards and workflows.

Platform Management:

• · Track platform usage and user engagement, generating regular reports for stakeholders.
• · Keep abreast of Monday.com updates and implement best practices.
• · Conduct training sessions for new users and teams on platform usage.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with teams to seamlessly integrate Monday.com into business processes.
• Facilitate communication between end-users and the platform vendor for issue resolution

Additional Duties:

• Undertake any ad hoc tasks delegated by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Professional Certificate/ NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Project or Engineering.
• Candidate with sales experience but without engineering knowledge are welcomed to apply.
• Background in General Engineering, Civil and Electrical is a plus-factor.
