Sales Manager (Modernization Sales)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the field of modernization within the industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their modernization needs.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of modernization solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position the company's modernization solutions in the market.
• Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions to network and generate leads.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's revenue.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales or business development roles within the modernization industry.
• Strong understanding of modernization solutions and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
