Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of wafer fabrication diffusion equipment including implanters, vertical/horizontal furnaces, RTO/RTP platforms, Laser RTP systems, and EPI.
• Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling
• Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand
  Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
• Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
• Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality

Senior Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering ,Physics, Automation, Aerospace Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a wafer fab environment, specifically working with diffusion equipment such as implanters, vertical/horizontal furnaces, RTO/RTP platforms, Laser RTP, and EPI.
  Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities related to semiconductor equipment and processes.
• Posses analytical tools such as FMEA and SPC concept is required
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work independently as needed.Able to conduct and complete cross department projects.
• Experienced in leading a small group of people to meet production demands.
• Proficiency with computer software such as MS Office and specialized equipment software.
• Availability to work in a rotating shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
