Senior Project Manager

Our client, a pioneer in predictive urban tree maintenance, harnesses the power of remote sensing and machine learning to empower cities to manage their greenery, enhancing citizen safety and climate resilience. Their mission is to enrich urban life through innovative nature-based smart city solutions. In line with their recent expansion, they are currently seeking to bolster their team with the addition of a Senior Project Manager.

Your new role
A few of your responsibilities would be;

· Assist Business Developers (BDs) with the technical aspects of sales until the contract is finalized, including project scoping, effort and budget evaluation, technical proposal creation, and contract finalization.

· Facilitate effective negotiation of project scope, timelines, and costs with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

· Oversee the delivery of the project, including scanning data acquisition like Mobile Laser Scanning (MLS) and Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS), transfer to back-office production, quality control, customer handover, and user training.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer for all project-related matters, excluding commercial topics which will be jointly handled with the BDs.

· Act as the main point of contact for BDs for all matters related to project scope, timelines, and technology, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery.

· Undertake regional travel, attending face-to-face client meetings as required.

What you'll need to succeed

· Established experience with high-resolution imaging or LIDAR scanning related projects.

· Robust customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

· Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Superior communication skills, both internally and with a focus on client communication.

· Proven ability to manage complex field projects, including field operations and coordination with cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency with 3D modelling software.
