Job scope

• To research, design and develop new or improved industrial sensors based on clients’ requirement
• To provide design support for product improvement, cost improvement, function improvements, manufacturing process improvements
• To manage Client technical documents
• To manage FMEA, DFM, tolerance analysis before mass production
• To Create test plan and perform mechanical verification
• To Collaborate internal department during entire product life cycle
• To Verify regulatory compliance (UL, CE, RoHS/REACH, etc.) with support from approval department

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years experience
• High proficiency in design plastic moulding, metal injection moulding, sheet metal fabrication and other manufacturing technologies
• 2D & 3D CAD skills, SolidWorks is preferred
