Responsibilities
• Lead tender team in preparing technical submissions for tender • Review tender documents and summarize critical information • Prepare all documentation for tender including method statements • Compile and prepare tender queries and responses • Coordinate with various parties to obtain necessary information • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes • Prepare and carry out tender presentations • Monitor market for upcoming tenders and gather information
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board or equivalent • Minimum 10 years of working experience as Technical Manager in construction • Relevant experience in reviewing technical drawings preferred • Experience in design coordination is a plus • Detail-oriented with strong writing and presentation skills • Strong in planning and documentation • Good networking relationships with industry partners • Experience in tendering of new building construction projects preferred
