Technical Sales Engineer (ACMV / HVAC)

Our client is one of the leading technology service provider in Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer to be part of their Sales Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Technical Sales Engineer:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts using effective account management processes.
• Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to identify and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
• Identify sales opportunities with new and existing clients and update them on service offerings.
• Draft proposals, coordinate processes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, providing recommendations for solutions.
• Conduct regular service reviews with customers and operations team.
• Understand customer needs and market trends to determine pricing and sales strategies.
• Prepare and review contract terms and conditions.
• Deliver presentations of proposals to customers.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering
• 2 years of relevant sales experience
