Technician

About the Role:

• Must be able to install new AC units e.g. split units’ system, cassette, AHU, MV fan. Electrical hands-on experience in building construction industry will be an added advantage.
• Use common hand tools (carpentry, plumbing, painting, standard mechanic tools, ladders, etc.)
• Assist as needed with routine preventative maintenance functions (filter changes, belt replacements, water treatment, etc.)
• Ability to perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, pictures, and bulletin boards
• May be required to clear clogged drains and make minor plumbing repairs
• Assist with touch-up painting and carpet tile replacement
• Assist in relocating boxes and furniture components
• Assist with workstation cleaning for moves and requests as assigned
• Assist with assembly, teardown and reassembly of systems furniture, panels, and components
• Assist with room and event setups as needed
• Understand written and verbal instructions and follow simple diagrams
• Adherence to client directed disposal procedures of any generated waste
• Ability to perform work independently after being given specific instructions
• Maintain adherence to the published work schedule
• Maintains tools and equipment in proper safe working condition
• Keeps work areas in neat and orderly condition
• Must be able to work effectively with other team members and safety conscious environment
• Follow company and customer rules and guidelines
• Respond to customer requests

About You:

• Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experiences
• Workmanship – complete work in a professional, high quality manner
• Project Work – participate in projects as needed
• Processing paperwork – timely and complete
• Customer satisfaction – create customer satisfaction with work performed
• Organization and multi-tasking skills
• Detail oriented
