Job Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Industry: Manufacturing Sector
• Work Schedule: 12-hour Shift Rotation (8am/pm-8pm/am), following a 3/2/2/3 pattern
• Compensation: Monthly Base Salary Range of SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,400, with additional Monthly Fixed Allowance
• Potential Monthly Gross Salary: From SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,200 ++
• Work Location: Jurong Island, Singapore
• Company Transportation Provided: Jurong East / Lakeside MRT
• Additional Benefits: AWS & Performance-Based Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of electrical systems to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks and respond promptly to electrical issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize equipment performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintenance procedures to uphold workplace safety standards.
• Support equipment calibration, validation, and documentation for compliance and tracking purposes.

Entry Requirements:

• Possess at least an NITEC Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to perform basic report writng for electrical maintenance tasks.
• Ability to conduct basic root cause analysis for electrical breakdowns.
