We’re looking for an approachable, organised anddetail-orientated person to take on the role of ActivitiesCoordinator for EF Singapore. This is the perfect opportunity forsomebody looking to gain more experience in the events and customer serviceindustry. Working in this truly international environment will be a greatexperience!

Our Students at EF Singapore:

Year round, typically aged 16 to 50. We do have some intakeswhere we have older students too and during peak Summer we accept youngerstudents also.

Your Role       

In this role, you’ll be planning and delivery of ouractivities, events and excursions. You’ll ensure we are delivering a high levelof excitement with an eye on student satisfaction. 

Responsibilities       

• Planning & choosing the events, activities & excursions for the school
• Running the day-to-day activity schedule
• Making supplier bookings
• Booking and confirming with transport suppliers
• Enhancing events and activities
• Promoting events across all EF sites
• Posting on our Instagram
• Assisting with the management of stock and branding
• Delivering event and activity briefings to Activity Leaders
• Administration tasks
• Working towards agreed upon KPIs
• Supporting the wider team with student evaluations
• Supporting Activity Leaders
• Being on the emergency phone rota

Requirements
