Campaign Operations & Execution

·        Executeand deliver campaign fulfilment through processing of customer rewards,communications or distributors rewards, communications

·        Execute campaign tasks including datapreparation, marketing consent management, campaign system setup, UserAcceptance Testing (UAT), fulfilment coordination, and handling ad-hoc exceptions.

·        Support new campaign processes with automation to increase productivity, reducerisk or improve customer/ distributor experience

·        Support Campaign Managers in distributor briefings and ground activations, and act as the primary contact fordistributor queries on campaign logistics before and after launch.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fulfilment platforms to ensure smooth campaign delivery and an exceptionalcustomer experience.

·        Trackand monitor campaign performance and budgets against approved targets.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

·        Ensure data accuracy, proper segmentation, andcompliance with marketing consent requirements.

·        Planand complete user testing for respective platforms to ensure successfulcampaign deployment or fulfilment.

·        Troubleshoot operational issues promptly,including data errors, system glitches, and fulfilment challenges
