Job Description - Culinary Studio Executive/ Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique culinary studio. You will be the backbone of our space—managing corporate teambuilding events, coordinating schedules, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless, top-tier culinary experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love hospitality, operations, and food, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations & Studio Management

Oversee the day-to-day cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of the studio, ensuring it meets high standards of hygiene and safety.

Manage studio calendar bookings, including private corporate events, social parties, and regular cooking classes.

Coordinate logistics for event setups, turnaround times between classes, and space allocation.

2. Event & Client Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and private clients on the day of their events, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Liaise with corporate event organizers to customize menus, dietary restrictions (e.g., healthier choices, allergies), and event timelines.

Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and email bookings efficiently.

3. Team Leadership & Scheduling

Manage the schedules, rosters, and deployment of in-house and freelance chefs, kitchen assistants, and cleaning staff.

Supervise floor staff during high-volume corporate events to ensure smooth execution from welcome drinks to final cleanup.

4. Inventory & Procurement

Oversee stock control for kitchen ingredients, professional appliances, beverages, and studio supplies.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely ingredient ordering, ensuring freshness and cost efficiency.

Manage relationships with vendors and equipment technicians to minimize studio downtime.

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, F&B operations, event management, or service-oriented studio management.

Skills: Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills; ability to manage tight timelines and fast event turnarounds.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanour suited for corporate clients.

Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—able to handle unexpected kitchen or event hiccups calmly and efficiently.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on scheduled corporate events or private classes.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Permanent
