Culture and Communications Officer (full-time)

The Embassy of Switzerland in Singapore represents Swiss interests across politics, economy, innovation, and culture. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative and motivated Culture and Communications Officer.

What you'll do:
- Create and manage engaging content (social media, newsletter, website, publications)
- Tell Switzerland's story through compelling campaigns a cultural narratives
- Plan and run inspiring events - from cultural showcases to high-level discussions
- Collaborate with Swiss and Singaporean partners across culture, media and public affairs
- Contribute ideas and bring fresh perspectives to public diplomacy initiatives

What you bring:
We are looking for someone proactive, creative and internationally-minded:
- A strong connection to Switzerland (e.g. studies, work experience, or background)
- Experience in communications, PR, media or content creation
- A passion for storytelling, culture and current affairs
- Confidence using social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X) and creating engaging content
- Experience organizing events or projects (professional or academic)
- Familiarity with the cultural scene in Switzerland and/or Singapore is a plus

Your skills and qualifications:
- Degree in communications, media, international relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong writing and editing skills in English
- Good knowledge of German or French
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and creative tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop or similar)
