We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Catering Chef to support our kitchen operations in preparing high-quality dishes for events and catering services. The ideal candidate is passionate about food preparation, maintains high hygiene standards, and works well in a fast-paced team environment.

💰Salary: $2500-$3200
📍Location: Bedok

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate cooked dishes as well as cold menu items such as salads, appetizers, and sandwiches.
• Assist with daily food preparation tasks.
• Ensure all food is prepared on time and meets quality and presentation standards.
• Follow recipes and plating guidelines as specified by the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
• Receive, store, and manage kitchen stock with proper FIFO rotation.
• Keep kitchen equipment and workstations clean and well-maintained.
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• Experience in catering, central kitchen, or F&B kitchen environment preferred.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Team player with a positive and responsible attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
