Event Executive (Full-time)

We are looking for a resourceful, highly motivated Event Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take the lead in planning, managing, and executing a wide range of events from concept to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, delivering high-quality experiences, and meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Event conceptualisation.
• Oversee and liaise with various event stakeholders such as suppliers and venue management.
• Providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings .
• Manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Oversee event setup and coordinate logistics.
• Provide on-site event support.
• Showcall and programme management.
• Evaluate event success and making recommendations for improvement.
• Career progression opportunities.

Requirements:

• At least Higher Nitec in Event Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in event/project management.
• Proactive and can solve problems independently.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace applications (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required.
