🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

Guest & Event Operations

• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth execution of events, exhibitions, meetings, and conferences

• Deliver exceptional customer and guest experiences through proactive engagement and service recovery

• Handle escalations, operational incidents, and customer concerns professionally

• Maintain strong front-of-house presence and coordinate closely with organisers and stakeholders

Team Leadership & Shift Management

• Lead operational teams and manage manpower deployment during shifts

• Conduct shift briefings and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments

• Ensure service standards, operational readiness, and safety compliance are consistently maintained

Operational Coordination & Incident Management

• Monitor event operations and facility conditions to ensure seamless execution

• Respond promptly to emergencies and operational disruptions with sound decision-making

• Maintain detailed shift reports, incident documentation, and operational updates

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational planning activities
