Event Operations & Logistics Crew
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, pack and organise wedding decorations, equipment and event materials in the studio.
Conduct stock counts and ensure all required items are prepared before each event.
Maintain inventory records and ensure event materials are properly stored and maintained.
Source and replenish decorations, accessories and other event supplies.
Load and unload equipment and event materials.
Assist with the installation of backdrops, brackets, frames, floral structures and decorations.
Support the styling team with onsite venue setup.
Dismantle, pack and return equipment and decorations after events.
Ensure all materials are accounted for after each event.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the studio and storage areas.
Job Requirements:
Relevant experience in event setup, logistics, warehousing, installation or a related hands-on role is preferred.
Able to work weekends and flexible event hours.
Able to travel to different wedding and event venues (company transport arrangement provided)
A valid Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence is an advantage but not compulsory.
Additional Information:
Work is scheduled within the company’s event operating window, which may fall between 7am and 10pm.
Actual weekly working hours are based on a 44-hour work week.
Employees may work 4 days during weeks involving longer event hours.
Time off in lieu will be provided where applicable.
Transport expenses are claimable for assignments starting before 8am or ending after 9pm.
