Event Planner

1) Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment events, including open days, school visits, education expos, webinars, and agent briefings

2) Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, vendor management, catering, AV setup, and transport

3) Collaborate with the admissions, marketing, and academic teams to align event messaging with recruitment goals

4) Develop event briefs, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within scope

5) Manage registration systems and track attendance, leads, and follow-up workflows

6) Liaise with schools, agents, and community partners to co-host or promote recruitment events

7) Oversee on-site event execution, managing staff, volunteers, and external vendors

8) Analyse post-event data — attendance, conversion rates, feedback — and report on ROI and recommendations

9) Support digital and hybrid events, including webinars, virtual open days, and live-streamed sessions

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven track record managing multiple events simultaneously

Skills

• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Budget management and vendor negotiation
• Proficiency in event management tools (e.g. Eventbrite, Cvent) and CRM platforms
• Comfortable working with data to measure event effectiveness
