Event Planning Coordinator

Up to $4800/month

About the Role

This role supports the planning and coordination of international events through stakeholder engagement, administrative coordination, communications, and operational support across multiple agencies and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with international secretariats and relevant stakeholders to support event planning and collaboration
• Manage communications, preparatory meetings, and protocol arrangements with international partners
• Ensure planning activities align with strategic objectives and maintain proper documentation of frameworks and workstreams
• Support the delivery of international events and related initiatives
• Assist in organising workshops, training programmes, forums, and communication materials
• Provide administrative and secretariat support, including meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-ups
• Support research activities such as literature reviews and preparation of briefing materials

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Experience in international event planning or coordination would be advantageous
