Qualifications & experience

• Have more than 1 year of experience in event coordinating
• Able to work with Teams/Vendors to execute successful events
• Assist in coordinating, set up and teardown of events
• Communicate with client through call, whatsapp, email and on-site
• Diploma/degree in events, hospitality, or related field (preferred)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Access platforms such as gebiz and tenderboard to bid for projects
• Handling enquiries for event planning & equipment rental
• Work with designer & event coordinator to coordinate vendors, manpower, delivery for events
• Assist in pre-planning, setup / teardown and onsite event management
• Work in a team to run the event smoothly
• Manage costs and maximise profits
• Inject fresh ideas to make every event unique
• Source for and liaise with vendors and suppliers
• Servicing existing and new clients
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday
10am - 6pm
