Event Sales and Coordinator

Carnival People is the leading carnival rental company in Singapore specialising in direct rental of carnival games, arcade machines, bouncy castles, carnival rides, ball pit, live food stations, lucky draw machines, tentage, and event rental equipment for corporate family days, school carnivals, shopping mall activations, festive events, and community celebrations. With over 500 in-house carnival equipment and 10+ years of experience, Carnival People is registered with GeBIZ, Vendor@Gov, Ariba Network, and Sesami — delivering reliable carnival rental services islandwide.

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Event Sales & Coordinator. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to develop their skills in event coordination, client engagement, and sales within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders
• Process purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO)
• Manage and track sales transactions and documentation
• Help solve order issues or product-related questions
• Coordinate with internal departments and ensure orders, delivery, and billing flow smoothly across teams
• Help prepare reports, sales documents and assist with tender submissions
• May be required to meet client/presentations or attend customer/vendor events

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar Sales Coordinator roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
