Event Sales Executive

Job responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and website

• Prepare quotations and event proposals based on client requirements

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth event setup and execution

• Conduct client meetings and site visits when required

• Upsell and cross-sell event services and add-ons

• Manage event schedules, invoicing, and payment follow-ups

• Update sales records and maintain proper documentation

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of event sales experience

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Flexibility to work on weekends including public holidays is required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
