We’re Hiring: Event Venue and Logistics Executive

Youplay a key role in creating and delivering seamless event experiences forclients, guests, and participants. From venue setup and logistics coordinationto on-site execution, you will help ensure every event runs smoothly from startto finish. Working closely with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams, youwill support the planning and operational delivery of events while ensuringsafety, efficiency, and attention to detail at every stage.

Thisrole offers hands-on exposure to all aspects of event operations, includingvenue management, logistics planning, manpower coordination, and live eventexecution. You will also work closely with team leads across departments toidentify operational gaps and overlaps, ensuring the team functions efficientlyand cohesively. Ultimately, the team works together to grow holistically asevent operators while maintaining individual areas of specialisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate and oversee venue and logistics operations for events, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and teardown.
• Manage event logistics, including equipment movement, storage, transportation, signage placement, and operational timelines.
• Liaise with venues, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Support procurement and coordination of event logistics, supplies, and manpower deployment.
• Assist with venue setup planning, floor plans, crowd flow, and operational readiness.
• Take charge of ground crew during event build-up, live operations, and dismantling.
• Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Troubleshoot on-site operational challenges and respond quickly to changing situations.
• Support post-event debriefs, evaluations, and process improvements for future events.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in event operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to solve problems under pressure.
• A confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to correlate and link information from various sources to formulate a sound strategy and plan.
• Ability to stay adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable working outdoors, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays. (Off-in-lieu will be given accordingly)
• Passionate about events and excited to grow in the industry.
• An individual who takes pride in their work (as the rest of us strongly do), cares to think beyond and is very objective driven will be a strong plus.
