Coordinate workplace engagement activities, employee experience initiatives, and corporate office events.
Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site events, including managing timelines, logistics, venues, catering, and event schedules.
Liaise with clients, vendors, internal stakeholders, and the Facilities Management (FM) team to ensure smooth delivery of workplace initiatives.
Support workplace programs that enhance employee engagement and the overall workplace experience.
Coordinate event logistics, including bookings, itineraries, supplier management, and on-site event support.
Monitor event execution to ensure a positive experience for clients and employees.
Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate event and workplace documentation.
Work closely with the FM team to obtain the necessary documentation and support for workplace activities.
Perform general administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Diploma in Events Management, Hospitality, Business, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in workplace coordination, employee engagement, corporate events, office administration, or facilities support.
Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment.
