Events & International Engagement Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and internationally minded Events & Engagement Executive to support the planning and delivery of a prestigious international conference. You will be involved across the full event lifecycle — from designing conference programmes and curating content themes to managing logistics, coordinating speakers, and fostering relationships with international partners and industry stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Event Strategy & Management

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of a flagship international conference
• Design and curate high-impact conference programmes that engage and inspire a global audience
• Manage event logistics, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution
• Drive and contribute innovative ideas for event delivery and participant experience

International Engagement

• Drive engagements with international partners, speakers, and delegates
• Foster meaningful dialogues between industry leaders, policymakers, and key stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships across cultures, sectors, and geographies
• Support efforts to strengthen Singapore's standing in the global energy conversation

Programme & Content Development

• Develop conference content, themes, and programme structures in collaboration with internal teams
• Coordinate with speakers and stakeholders to manage confirmations, briefings, and requirements
• Contribute to international relations initiatives and cross-team projects as required

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Events Management, International Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience managing large-scale or international events is a strong advantage
• Singaporeans Only
