Events Executive

We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and hands-on Events Coordinator to join our team. You’ll support the team in planning and running events—from proposals to on-site execution. If you enjoy being on the ground, working with people, and making events happen, this might just be the role for you — join us!

Job Scope

• Assist with preparing event tenders, sales proposals, and presentations

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and artistes for confirmed events

• Support event planning, logistics, and scheduling

• Be part of the on-site team to set up, run, and tear down events

• Ensure event set-up is done properly and events run smoothly

• Conduct site recces when needed

• Help with logistics planning, inventory checks, and equipment care

• Prepare basic cost sheets, schedules, and event documents

• Handle simple admin tasks related to events

Job Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys interacting with people

• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn

• Comfortable with hands-on and physical work (set-up, tear-down, outdoor events)

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems on the go

• Basic proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Canva, Zoom, etc.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed

Working Hours

• Weekdays (Monday to Friday): 10:30am – 5:30pm

• Event days may include evenings or weekends
