Event Manager

We are looking for an Event Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into well-executed events.

You will manage projects from planning and quotation preparation to on-site execution, working closely with internal teams, vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure events are delivered smoothly and successfully.

This role requires someone who is resourceful, organised, and able to think on their feet, especially when managing the many moving parts of live events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage event production projects from quotation to execution
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Plan and manage event logistics, setup, and production schedules
• Liaise with venues and external sponsors
• Assist with manpower planning and administration

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Conferences / Events / Exhibitions
• Able to multi-task and work under tight timelines
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Works well independently and as part of a team

Class 3 Driving License or personal transport preferred
