Job Summary:

Be part of the vibrant team at the Aloft Singapore Novena. Our Event Services team provides operational and customer support by ensuring seamless execution of groups/events and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Work closely with clients, sales teams, and internal departments to manage group/event requirements, oversee setup and service delivery, and ensure all group and events run smoothly from planning through completion.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the Group Event planning process.
2. Coordinate with hotel departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, catering, F&B) to ensure seamless event or group execution.
3. Conduct site tours and pre-event meetings with clients when necessary.
4. Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot any issues during Group Events.
5. Attend site inspection and entertainment when required.
6. Attend pre-conference and banquet event order meetings and oversee Group Event execution according to client specifications.
7. Be responsive to customer enquiries via email, calls, and on issued company mobile phone.
8. Responsible in monitoring and updating the various systems related to the Sales Department including SFAWeb and Opera Sales & Catering. To ensure accurate updates including actualisation.
9. Perform other functions that may be required from time to time as required by the Management.
