Executive, Resident/Patient Outreach and Engagement (6-Month Contract) #HFT

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Occasional weekend work is required to support community events.
Salary: Up to $4,500 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Executive, Resident/Patient Outreach and Engagement to support the planning and execution of community outreach programmes and patient engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating events, managing administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth delivery of engagement activities within the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach & Event Management

• Support the planning and execution of community outreach programmes and engagement events, including pre-event preparation, on-site event operations, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate event logistics, manpower arrangements, and operational requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Provide on-site support during community events, including occasional weekend deployments.

Administration & Reporting

• Consolidate event data and prepare monthly post-event reports.
• Maintain and update the monthly events calendar for the Health Together webpage.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain project documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support for outreach initiatives and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience in event coordination, operations, healthcare administration, community engagement, or administrative support will be an advantage.
• Willing to support occasional weekend community outreach events when required.
