✅ Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Singapore Citizen or PR only

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in both English & Chinese

•⁠ ⁠Hardworking, responsible, and punctual

•⁠ ⁠Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills

•⁠ ⁠Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

•⁠ ⁠Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident with a loud, clear speaking voice

•⁠ ⁠Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys interacting with customers

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and customer service skills

•⁠ ⁠Strong teamwork and ability to multitask

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in a themed and immersive environment

•⁠ ⁠Experience in retail, F&B, customer service, or entertainment is an advantage (training provided)

💼 Job Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Welcome and brief customers before their games

•⁠ ⁠Host and monitor escape room experiences

•⁠ ⁠Provide hints and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience

•⁠ ⁠Perform room resets between games

•⁠ ⁠Handle bookings, cashier duties, and customer enquiries

•⁠ ⁠Maintain cleanliness and ensure all game rooms are ready for operation

•⁠ ⁠Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
