M&E Sales and Coordinator (Sales Executive to Assistant Manager)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and achieve individual revenue targets and sales KPIs
• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new clients across Singapore
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
• Lead client presentations, pitches, and proposal development
• Drive consultative sales conversations, understanding client objectives and translating them into event solutions
• Develop and grow long-term client relationships to generate repeat and upsell opportunities
• Support event planning and coordination in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
• Ensure smooth delivery of meetings and events
• Represent JTB at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in MICE, events, or agency environments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred; candidates with relevant experience and qualifications will also be considered.
• Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue growth
• Strong understanding of consultative / solution-based selling
• Strong interest in the Meetings & Events industry
• Experience engaging corporate clients and key decision-makers
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel across the region
