Job Description

Business Development

• Identify and prospect new business units and revenue opportunities
• Facilitate partner meetings and support growth strategies
• Conduct market research, trend analysis and competitor benchmarking

Outlet & Product Support

• On-ground support during product launches and campaign periods
• Coordinate staff training, promotional materials and in-store activations
• Primary liaison between marketing HQ and outlet teams
• Monitor sales performance and prepare post-launch reports

Others

• Ad-hoc duties and cross-functional project support as required

• 寻找并开发新的业务部门及收入增长机会。
• 安排合作伙伴会议，并协助推动业务发展策略。
• 进行市场调研、行业趋势分析及竞争对手分析（Benchmarking）。

门店与产品支援（Outlet & Product Support）

• 在产品发布及市场推广活动期间提供现场支援。
• 协调员工培训、宣传物料准备及门店推广活动（In-store Activations）。
• 作为市场营销总部与各门店团队之间的主要沟通协调窗口。
• 监控销售表现，并编写产品上市后的分析报告。

其他职责（Others）

• 完成上级安排的其他临时工作（Ad-hoc Duties）。
• 根据需要支援跨部门项目及相关工作。

薪资：

每月 1,800 新元 (仅限新加坡公民／永久居民）

工作地点：办公室

工作时间： 每周工作 3 天，上午 9:00 至下午 6:00
