MARKETING MANAGER (leading premium beauty brand)

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and SEO — strategy, execution, and results. Yours to run and grow.
• Agencies — you brief them, manage them, and hold them to results.
• Integrated campaigns across digital, OOH, mall activations, and media placements — all connected, all on-brand.
• A small team — you guide them, grow them, and set the standard.
• The numbers — dashboards, ROI reports, and performance insights that go straight to leadership.

YOU ARE THE ONE IF YOU:

• Have 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in beauty, aesthetics, or premium services
• Have personally run Google Ads and Meta campaigns — hands on, not just overseen
• Know how to balance performance metrics with premium brand sensibility
• Have led or mentored others and are ready to do it full time
• Thrive on ownership, move fast, and sweat the details
• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
