Marketing Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Staff to support the promotion and growth of our coffee trading business. The successful candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, strengthening customer relationships, promoting our coffee products, and enhancing the company's brand presence in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to promote the company's coffee products and services.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogues, presentations, and promotional content.
• Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms with relevant content and product information.
• Create engaging content, including articles, photos, videos, and email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Support the sales team by preparing product information, quotations, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate participation in trade exhibitions, coffee events, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, cafés, roasters, and business partners.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Maintain the company's branding and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties assigned by management.
