Personal Driver/ Chauffeur

Currently seeking a dependable and professional Personal Driver / Chauffeur to provide transportation support for the Company's Directors, business partners, and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and efficient travel arrangements for business meetings, site visits, client engagements, corporate events, and other company-related activities while maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for Directors, business partners, and company clients.
• Transport Directors and clients to business meetings, project sites, corporate functions, networking events, and other work-related engagements.
• Receive and transport local and overseas clients and business associates as required.
• Plan efficient travel routes and adjust schedules based on traffic and operational requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of assigned vehicles.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and road tax matters.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintain vehicle usage records.
• Assist with the collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and other business-related items when required.
• Support logistics and transportation requirements during company events and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information, client information, business activities, and management schedules.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or corporate driver preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads, routes, and traffic conditions.
• Familiar with luxury vehicles and proper vehicle care.
• Punctual, dependable, and well-groomed with a professional attitude.
• Physically fit and able to assist with light lifting when necessary.
