Programme & Events Executive

We are looking for a Programme & Events Executive to help bring exhibitions, tours, and public programmes to life.

In this role, you’ll be part of a team that transforms ideas into meaningful and interactive experiences. From planning to execution, you’ll play a key role in making programmes engaging, accessible, and memorable for diverse audiences!

• Contract Period: 11 months
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri, standard office hours with occasional evenings/weekends (time-off can be claimed)
• Location: Bugis

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate exhibition tours, including scheduling and managing docents/volunteers
• Support the planning and execution of physical and digital programmes and events
• Assist in outreach efforts to engage and grow audience participation
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners on programme planning, publicity, content, and event execution
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth delivery

🧠 Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in event coordination, programme support, community engagement, or related roles
• Comfortable with basic digital tools (e.g. design, video editing, or data handling)
• Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends
