Programme Coordinator (Community Emergency Preparedness) - Public Agency

We are seeking a candidate with strong stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, and administrative capabilities to support community resilience, volunteer management, and emergency preparedness initiatives.

• Basic up to $4,500 per month + Completion bonus (1-month)
• Lavender MRT
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• 1-year contract

What to expect:

• Support the recruitment, coordination, deployment, and engagement of community emergency response volunteers.
• Plan and deliver emergency preparedness programmes to strengthen community outreach and engagement, in collaboration with community and corporate partners.
• Promote emergency preparedness initiatives by working closely with community stakeholders to enhance community readiness and resilience.
• Provide guidance and operational support for the planning and implementation of emergency preparedness programmes and community engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining records, preparing reports, consolidating data, and coordinating documentation related to programme activities and volunteer management.
  

Who we are looking for:

• Singaporeans only.
• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in managing Community Emergency Programmes. Experience within the public sector is a plus.
• Meticulous individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
