Job Description

-Event-based ops planning both in Singapore & Overseas (for e.g. responsible to maintain efficient control of crowds & personal services including close protections)

-Plan and operationalize proper security practices & evacuations

-Responsible for on-site supervision and leadership of operations of all events

-Protect the Company’s clients’ image, safety, and security with due care, effort and confidentiality at all times

-Uphold the Company’s service standards and in accordance with the Company’s work ethics when carrying out any duty or task

-Complete any duty or task that is related to the Company and the affiliated companies under IMC Group Asia as and when directed by the Company

-Manpower sourcing and scheduling for upcoming events including payroll management

-Ascertain critical venue points (artist parking and/or drop off, artist route, artist dressing rooms, patron entrances, access control points etc)

-Identify and rectify potential safety hazard

-Ensure premises fire fighting equipments are up to date and in good working condition, ensure evacuation routes are clear

-Responsible for stock and inventory management of critical security assets

-Responsible for liaising with government agencies (for e.g., SPF & SCDF) to integrate regulatory requirements into operational executions

-Responsible for establishing the SOPs, including the Security Deployment Plan, for execution to ensure operational efficiency

-Any other duties as assigned.
