Client Care: Deliver exceptional service, provide pre-departure briefings, and gather post-trip feedback to build repeat business.
Requirements:
Bilingual Proficiency in English & Mandarin
Proven ability to hit sales targets, manage a sales pipeline, and negotiate rates with hotels, tour operators, or airlines.
A deep understanding of regional and international travel routes, visa requirements, and destination knowledge.
Soft skills for the Singapore Market: (a) ability to provide fast, accurate quotes, (b) meticulous with booking details, passport requirements, and special requests.
