What you will be doing
Plan and deliver structured swimming programmes for:
Learn-to-Swim (LTS)
Stroke Development
Pre-Competitive and Competitive squads
Monitor and evaluate swimmers’ progress, providing regular feedback to swimmers and parents
Prepare swimmers for assessments, certifications (e.g. SwimSafer), and competitions
Support talent identification and development pathways within the programme
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and high coaching standards during sessions
Work closely with the Head Coach and team to align with programme objectives
Assist in organising swim meets, events, and club activities where required
Uphold safeguarding standards and adhere to all club policies and guidelines
What we are looking for
Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching or coaching experience will be an advantage
Possess NROC certification and SwimSafer 2.0 qualification (preferred)
Able to conduct programmes across Learn-to-Swim (LTS), Stroke Development, and Pre-Competitive levels
Willing to work a 5.5-day work week, including evenings and weekends
Enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards swimming and athlete development
A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, and strong organisational skills
Responsible for the effective implementation, development, and organisation of swimming classes
