Wedding Florist & Event Stylist

Salary: $2,500–$3,200 + incentive
Working Arrangement: 4 or 5 working days per week, based on the event schedule (usually thursday- Sunday)
Working Hours: 44 hours per week
Location: Studio-based with travel to wedding and event venues
Weekend Work: Required

Job Responsibilities:

• Create bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, bridal car decorations and other fresh floral arrangements.
• Prepare, condition and arrange fresh flowers in the studio.
• Assist with wedding and event styling, including floral installations and venue decoration.
• Arrange and secure flowers on backdrops, tables, aisle decorations and other event structures.
• Maintain high standards of floral craftsmanship, presentation and flower care.
• Coordinate with the styling and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute floral design ideas.
• Assist with onsite dismantling and packing after events when required.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in fresh flower arrangement or floral styling is required.
• Wedding or event floristry experience is preferred.
• Comfortable performing both studio preparation and onsite event setup.
• Able to work weekends for event hours
