Business Experience & Events Manager

The Role:

The Business & Events Experience Manager is responsible for servicing warm leads, managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and serving as a point of contact for event planning and creative projects clients. This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Singapore. This personnel will work collaboratively with a team of event planners, coordinators, and technical staff to deliver high-quality events and products that meet the needs of Merry Bees' clients.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum to have a Diploma from any local polytechnic in any field.
2. Minimum one year of sales experience, with a track record of success in previous sales or event-related roles.
3. Fresh grads with degree are welcomed to apply.
4. Self motivated, Demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, and persuasive capabilities.
5. A keen interest in event planning, marketing, and the entertainment industry.
6. Proficiency in English & Mandarin is essential.
7. Exceptional communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
8. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or Google Workspace.
9. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to accommodate changing priorities and client requirements.
10. This is commission based position with a full time salary as base.
