We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Event Executive to join our vibrant team. As an Event Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of exciting events that captivate and inspire our audience.

Your Role:

As an Event Executive, you will be at the forefront of our operations, playing a key role in planning and executing a wide range of events. From concept development to on-the-day coordination, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and organizational skills every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account servicing to key clients
• Campaign & event ideation
• Prepare creative and impressive proposals for tenders and pitching to potential clients
• Event budgeting and cost management
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Co-ordination & management of client’s campaigns/ events
• Liaise with vendors and clients
• Campaign/ event publicity planning and execution
• Post campaign reporting and analysis
• Client sourcing & leads generation

Job Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma holder in related field
• Experienced and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to manage timeline and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, pro-active and confident individual with initiative
• Organised and meticulous to details
• Able to work on weekends for events when needed
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to solve problems creatively.
• Excellent communication skills, with a pleasant, mature and outgoing personality
• Prior experience is a bonus
