Events & Marketing Executive

• Support the marketing manager in daily and multiple administrative tasks. May also be required to assist company director, sales and operation teams
• Support marketing efforts such as Marketing Collaterals, all Marketing Campaigns, Media sponsorship/partnerships/community centre/media & influencer outreach and more
• Maintaining and update event website content and social media including responding to sales/marketing enquiries via phone, email or social media
• Write copies of social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral (blogs, etc)
• Simple artwork on Canva and video creation for socials (Tiktok, IG, etc) and other collaterals needed
• Contribute ideas to fuel brand awareness and engagement for the brand and events
• Measure and report metrics on a weekly basis and monthly basis
• Assist marketing / sales / ops team in external communications with external vendors, agencies and brands as well as ongoing media clippings and fulfillments
• Assist in administrative data collection and data entry for marketing/sales purposes – such as designing survey forms, keying in data forms etc.
• Onsite Marketing event support (social media/lucky draw/voucher redemption/logistics and more)

Requirements & Skills

• Diploma / Degree Holder in Marketing, Business or relevant fields, Singapore Citizen
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in Chinese is a bonus
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and grow
• Responsible with excellent time management skills to follow through on assigned projects and adhering to timelines
• Meticulous with a keen eye for details and aesthetics
• Familiarity with the usage of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, etc.), MS Office and using Canva for artwork creation
• Video editing skills is a bonus especially with the creation of Tiktok trending videos
• Resourceful with creative problem-solving skills
