Job summary Lead the Fundraising Department
Support fundraising strategies and frameworks for the organization
Actively seek donors and sponsors to meet revenue targets

Responsibilities • Work with Executive Director to develop strategic fundraising plan, facilitate implementation of plan and monitor progress
• Support the Executive Director in fundraising efforts, collaborate with the Programs and Partnership departments, secure key partnerships, support donor cultivation and retention, execute fundraising events, and ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation
• Research, identify and apply for grant opportunities
• Maintain and update donor and grant database and files in a timely manner; utilize Donor Management System to manage donor and funder relationships and outreach
• Ensure compliance on regulatory requirements and reporting in relation to charitable fundraising in Singapore
• Develop and create fundraising collateral materials
• Ensure effective management within the fundraising department; Use data to evaluate performance of fundraising efforts
• Ensure compliance with funder contracts and reporting requirements
Requirements • Degree in Business Management/ Marketing/ Communications
• At least 2 years of experience in the social service sector and in a similar capacity (charity fundraising or non-profit fund management experience)
• Events management experience preferred
• Knowledge of various fundraising techniques, including online fundraising (digital and social media platforms) with a creative mindset to engage audiences effectively
• Experience in using Donation Management System
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Strong interest in community work, passion in charity work and a commitment to making a positive impact
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment amidst tight/competing deadlines
• Excellent at working in small teams with track record as team player
• High level of personal integrity
• Confident in working with both internal and external stakeholders
• Enthusiastic, driven, with a can-do attitude and resourceful
